The Murph Workout

I’m always looking for new workouts to break-up the routine. This one will punish you! Simple workout:

  • Run 1 mile
  • 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air-squats (any order)
  • Run 1 mile

My goal was under 1 hour and I made it in 55 minutes. Clearly weakest on pull-ups as I finished doing 20 pull-ups 1 at a time. I felt this workout for a week afterwards! I continue doing it 1/week and am getting more in the groove…amazing what the body can adapt too!
